Recommended Synhouse upgraded system configurations

Any system anyone would possibly want to pay for can be built by special order.

All Synhouse recommended systems below are upgraded considerably from the original NED configuration. All systems include the highest Model D processor, upgraded software, the MIDI Option, a full Macintosh computer/software, and gigantic sound libraries. All systems are available in USA/Japan 115v or 320v European power standards.

Some recommended Synhouse upgraded system configurations:

full Synclavier Tapeless Studio system with 32 panning polyphonic sampling voices and 16 tracks of 100kHz Direct-to-Disk recording with the MaxTrax upgrade on 36+ gigabytes of UltraSCSI audio storage, UDIO module for AES/EBU digital domain transfers to other platforms at up to 96kHz, DSP70 Time Scale Modification Option, V/PK velocity keyboard, and much more
$15,699.99

These are just suggested system configurations and anything is possible.

Beyond that, the big poly systems can have more than anyone would want to pay for, 32 or 64 more poly voices up to a total of 96 poly voices, a synthesizer voice expander with up to 32 Stereo Option synthesizer voices making a custom 128-voice system, extra stand alone recording units with tracks in groups of 16, and more.

If your budget is limited, the $3,999.99 or $4,999.99 machines above are strongly recommended, as they are an excellent value and easily upgradeable to any higher level of equipment.

There are no dead ends in any of these suggested configurations, meaning that no hardware will be obsoleted and discarded in upgrades, because they are already starting at the highest NED hardware level (D processor with all associated cards, Superfloppy, SCSI Winchester, MIDI Option, and the VK Panel option or V/PK velocity keyboard option and the VK Panel option).

It generally takes from 10 to 60 working days to build, burn in, and fully test a system, with 20 working days being the average build time. The build time depends on the system size and number of hardware option subsystems that need to be installed, tested, and burned in.

Most systems ship to Western Europe and are exported from LAX/Los Angeles, California.

Studio cartage and setup/tutorial can be provided in Southern California.

If something is to your liking but beyond your immediate budget, Synhouse accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, bank wires, or a mix of any of them, and can offer a deposit/layaway plan of 30/60/90 days or more, depending on the total system price.

Please write if you have any requirements or questions.
